• All floor samples are final sale.

• Final sale means, No exchanges or refunds

• All special orders require a 35% deposit

• All special orders are  FINAL SALE, because we are ordering something exclusively for you.

• BARTA FURNITURE accepts no responsibility for goods not fitting properly in customer's residence. The customer will pay and ADDITIONAL CHARGE for any fitting or rigging expenses required to deliver merchandise ordered. These expenses are solely the responsibility of the customer.

• Customers must inspect all merchandise upon delivery. Claims for damages or defects are recognized only if reported within 24 hours after delivery.

Cancellation Policy

• I understand that BARTA FURNITURE is to put an expense for ordering and preparing merchandise and restocking expenses.

• Cancellations on the part of the customer will be subject to loss of 30% of TOTAL PRICE.

• Delivery: Must be accepted within (7) days after goods are received at BARTA FURNITURE or customer will be liable for reasonable storage charges.
